When you send an order enquiry or contact us through our website, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, the flavours and box size you would like, whether you want pickup or shipping, your delivery address if you choose shipping, your preferred date and any special requests. We only collect what we need to respond to you and prepare your order. Our website also records basic, aggregated visitor statistics, such as pages viewed and how visitors found us, which do not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver your order, and stay in touch about your request. We confirm the details and payment with you directly, and we do not take card payments through this website. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything you would not reasonably expect.

Enquiries submitted through our website are processed and delivered to us by a third-party form service on our behalf. We also use trusted providers for website hosting and email, and a delivery service when you choose shipping. These providers only handle your information to provide their service to us. Some of them may store or process information outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it.
